Andara Signature Resort and Villas, the latest phase of five-star resort project developed by Andamandara Development of Lan Kwai Fong Group, following the success of Andara Resort & Villas, has scooped four trophies at the 10th Thailand Property Awards 2015, including:
Best Villa Development (Phuket),
Best Villa Development (Thailand),
Best Residential Architectural Design,
Best Landscape Architectural Design.
Marking its first decade since established in 2006, the Thailand Property Awards has been the biggest real estate event in Thailand, organized by Ensign Media.
The Awards Gala Dinner and awards presentation ceremony was held on the night of September 16th in Bangkok, Thailand, honoring Winners and Highly Commended projects for a total of 29 categories over three sections:
Developer,
Development,
Design.

After the Gala Dinner, the top winners in Thailand will move on to compete with their ASEAN peers in the grand finale “the South East Asia Property Awards 2015, which will take place at The Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore on Wednesday, 21 October.
